Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, signing in, or playing Trivia Troops (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the service.

2. Beta Version and Use of the Service

Trivia Troops is currently in its Beta testing phase. You are granted a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, and revocable license to play the Game for testing purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, use automation software (bots), hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify the Game experience.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in the Game for competitive advantage or disrupt the experience of other players.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the Game.
• Use usernames, nicknames, or display avatars (imported from third-party providers) that are offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate. We reserve the right to force-change nicknames or suspend accounts that violate this rule.

3. Accounts and Security

To play the Game, you must sign in using a supported third-party account (Google, Facebook, or Apple).

Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your third-party account credentials. We do not have access to, nor do we store, your passwords. Any activity that occurs under your Game account is your responsibility.

Third-Party Service Dependency: You acknowledge that your ability to access the Game depends on the availability and proper functioning of these third-party authentication services. We are not liable for any temporary or permanent inability to access your Game account due to service outages, account suspensions, or terminations imposed by Google, Facebook, or Apple.

Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Game account at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that violates these Terms or our community standards.

4. Intellectual Property and Player Feedback

All content, graphics, code, branding, audio, and game assets within Trivia Troops are the exclusive property of the game developers.

Feedback License: If you provide us with any feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas regarding the Game, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, implement, and commercialize that feedback without any compensation or obligation to you.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("Beta" Status)

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Because this is a Beta version, you explicitly acknowledge that:

• The Game may contain bugs, errors, and may experience unstable performance.
• Player progress, scores, unlocks, and accounts may be wiped, reset, or deleted at any time during or at the conclusion of the Beta phase without any liability to us.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Trivia Troops and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, hardware malfunction, or interruption of service arising out of your use of the Game.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Game following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to the Game shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Croatia.
